• Convert leads by explaining Naukri FastForward services and value-added features.

• Handle existing customers to drive repeat sales.

• Meet daily/monthly sales & call volume targets.

• Provide excellent client servicing and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Maintain knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations.
