Job Description for Analyst Trainee

As a Programmer Analyst Trainee, you will support development, testing, and production activities under guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand relationships between database tables and write queries to retrieve data.

• Perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) on databases and write stored procedures based on a given low-level design.

• Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data, and execute both manual and automated tests as required.

• Analyse the root cause of issues and resolve service tickets by following defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management tools and Data Analytics tools used in projects.
