🧾 Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Trainee / Apprentice

Perform preliminary and post-assembly inspection tests to ensure compliance with production standards
Assemble two-wheeler and three-wheeler products as per standard operating procedures
Ensure adherence to safety and procedural requirements on the production line
Identify quality issues and report deviations from standards
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets

🔹 Area After Sales Manager

Hire and train manpower at dealerships while maintaining competency standards
Ensure readiness of new network zones regarding infrastructure, manpower, and service processes
Visit dealerships for process improvement and provide technical feedback
Provide on-the-job training to technicians and service advisors
Support dealers during new launches and drive service promotional activities
Monitor and drive customer care KPIs, process scores, and NPS/NSS metrics
Execute integrated campaigns aligned with global strategy initiatives
