• Handle customer calls and provide effective resolutions.

• Work in Domestic / International BPO Voice Process.

• Personal laptop (Government laptops not allowed)

• Intel i5 processor or above

• 10 GB RAM or higher

• Windows 10 OS

• Broadband Internet: Minimum 30 Mbps speed

• Candidates must attend interviews using a laptop only

🕒 Shift & Process Details

• Process: E-Commerce

• Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Login Hours: 9 hours (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
