Job Description

The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a new notification for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) on both regular and contractual bases. This specific drive is focused on UI/UX design and management roles to enhance the bank’s digital banking experience.

Key Roles Available:

  • Vice President (UX)

  • Deputy Vice President (UX)

  • Assistant Vice President (UX)

  • Senior Special Executive (UI/UX)

  • Deputy Manager (UI/UX)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: B.Tech / B.E, M.E / M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc in relevant fields (Computer Science/IT/Design).

  • Experience Requirements:

    • Deputy Manager: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

    • Senior Special Executive: Minimum 4 years of experience.

    • AVP/DVP/VP: 5 to 10+ years of experience in senior UX/UI roles.

  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS is preferred.

Age Limit (As of 31-12-2025)

  • Minimum Age: 25 years.

  • Maximum Age: Up to 50 years (varies depending on the seniority of the post).

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and portfolio.

  2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a 100-mark interview.

  3. Merit List: The final selection is based solely on interview performance.
