Execute sales action plans by market segment and geography as per the Marketing Plan.
Help achieve departmental sales goals contributing to the Marketing Budget.
Monitor Corporate / FIT / MICE accounts revenue and business production.
Maximize up-selling opportunities for rooms, catering, and services.
Assist Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales in forecasting revenue.
Attend trade shows and promotional events to market Hilton properties.
Conduct sales trips to major markets and report on potential new markets.
Gather competitor information (rates, top accounts, events) and update management.

Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to generate leads.
Develop customer accounts and drive business into the hotel/cluster.
Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies, including social media.
