• Contact US-based insurance companies to check the status of outstanding medical claims.

• Resolve denied or rejected claims by analyzing the root cause (COB, coding errors, eligibility issues).

• Resubmit claims after corrections or initiate appeals when required.

• Interpret and work with EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and payment advices.

• Update internal systems and prepare claim status reports.

• Work closely with the team to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
