The role involves handling customer queries for international clients through inbound and outbound calls while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently via phone and provide accurate solutions.
• Manage escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Follow company protocols and documentation procedures for each interaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve process efficiency.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate degree.
• Experience: 1–5 years in customer service or BPO operations.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational and overnight shifts.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling complex customer issues.
