🔹 Responsibilities – Senior Manager

• Ensure compliance with process, viscosity, recovery, and incineration norms

• Generate daily production reports to support HOD/In-charge decision-making

• Continuously monitor process parameters and take corrective actions

• Ensure 100% SAP entries for process and downtime during the shift

• Maintain records of raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, recovery, and waste

• Control excess or short production to optimize inventory and improve OTDIF/DAFOE

• Coordinate with production teams during deviations, breakdowns, and downtime

• Ensure availability of required materials for smooth shift operations

• Communicate quality status to maintain safety and consistency

• Conduct daily plant opening and production planning meetings

• Execute recipe changes, viscosity reduction, by-product recovery, and waste control

• Ensure adherence to daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly schedules

🔹 Responsibilities – Shift Lead

• Prepare shift-wise machine performance reports

• Monitor manpower deployment and execution of post-production planning

• Implement quality corrections to reduce printing defects

• Ensure readiness for colour change (materials and conditions)

• Monitor ATS operations along with production and quality teams

• Track print and camera process parameters for quality assurance

• Ensure line clearance as per SOP for ATS, Printing, Camera, and FCS machines

• Complete 100% SAP entries for dips, printing confirmation, and downtime

• Supervise colour change while following cGMP and GDP guidelines

• Coordinate with interfacing teams to minimize WIP and backlog
