Job Description

Amazon is hiring for the position of Associate, ML Data Operations under its Global Operations – Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) team. This is a 100% remote role where you will support Amazon Robotics and Fulfillment Centers by auditing video and image data to improve Machine Learning (ML) models.

As an associate, you will watch brief video clips (15–20 seconds) of activities in fulfillment centers and use human judgment to label or mark actions correctly. Your work directly helps in maintaining inventory quality and training Amazon’s AI systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate degree is required (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, B.E, B.Tech, etc.).

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Internet browsing.

  • Work Style: High attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.

Important Requirements for WFH

  • Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts, including night shifts.

  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with a table and chair.

  • Must have a high-speed and reliable internet connection.

  • Willingness to keep the laptop camera ON during virtual meetings.

Selection Process
