- Someone with good experience with Client onboarding and Maintenance, Client Onboarding Oversight and Control, Fund settlement.
Skillset/Requirements and Role Responsibilities |
• Demonstrate consistent accuracy and completeness through attention to detail and thorough understanding of the risk and impact attached to the process • Complex processing requires discretion and use of judgment based on pertinent experience • Collaboration with other members of the team to determine best solution when necessary, and ability to identify when an item needs higher level review • Understand the workflow of the forms in order to better support the team and process efficiently; develop SME-level of knowledge • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate with leaders to implement |
Higher complexity functions; ability to understand and process most, if not all, types of forms (approximately 30 in total); attention to detail required; understand the workflow of the forms in order to better support the team; develop SME-level of knowledge
Support work coordination, training, ability to process various reports with excellence, and participate in research or clean-up efforts as needed. |
*Strong attention to detail to ensure what is being asked in the requests and how to complete them *Process non-routine letters with a high degree of accuracy in the response *Ability to learn and understand the trading and disbursement workflow and systems |
