Responsibilities:
1. SD analyst with knowledge on trouble shooting below issues for end users
? VPN
? MS applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc)
? Desktop & laptop (Performance, heating, audio, video etc)
? Basic network troubleshooting (Wifi & LAN)
\n2. Manage below request for end users
? Add remove users from DL
? Manage shared mailbox access
? Software installation
3. Identify & escalate tickets which require urgent action/attention.
4. Incident & request management logged via Email, Self-service & chat channels
Requirement:
1. 1-2 years of previous experience in IT helpdesk
2. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
3. Must have working experience on tools such as Service now, Active directory, MS Admin.
4. Should be comfortable to work from office with weekend working (Location Pune)
5. Adhere to established Service Levels Agreements and ensure to follow up on the ticket in a timely manner
