Responsibilities for Analyst Role

• Monitor call volume across multiple queues and respond during high call traffic periods.

• Manage real-time scheduling and workforce support in a multi-client business environment.

• Optimize agent staffing during low call volume periods using scheduling adjustments and task allocation.

• Provide performance reports every two hours, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management.

• Act as a liaison between Call Center Operations and IT/Telecom teams to resolve issues related to call flow, routing, reporting, and system functionality.

• Support staffing decisions and identify improvements in training and operational planning.
