🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Assistant Manager

• Make payment reminder calls to customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.

• Increase collection efficiency through follow-ups with customers & sales teams (calls, emails, meetings).

• Approve and release orders in SAP as per company policy.

• Perform end-to-end customer account reconciliation.

• Monitor pending CRPs (cash receipts) and work with Treasury & AR teams to reduce delays.

• Escalate irregular cases to seniors and resolve disputes with customers.

• Conduct customer visits to settle overdue payment cases.

• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer complaints quickly.

✅ Executive

• Collaborate with customers in MEA region to understand product pipelines.

• Work closely with pharma & biopharma R&D teams for early-stage product adoption.

• Suggest the right products based on process requirements.

• Track customer project progress (R&D → Pilot → Commercial stage).

• Develop customer organograms to strengthen engagement.

• Create innovative marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.

• Support customers with technical discussions, samples, proposals, invoicing, and delivery.
