Key Responsibilities
For Trainee Officer

For Assistant Manager
Analyze E-coat line bath sample reports and recommend corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with quality and operational parameters.
Provide technical support for efficient functioning of all OEM lines.
Build strong professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for line-related technical issues.
Support business development initiatives and assist Key Account Managers.
Oversee validation tests as per customer specifications and maintain quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 0–15 years, depending on the role.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
