• Handle inbound & outbound customer queries related to health insurance policies.

• No field work – this is a complete office-based role.

• Explain products clearly and assist customers in choosing the right policy.

• Call and follow-up with interested leads shared by the company.

• Achieve assigned sales targets by closing leads effectively.

• Maintain good customer relationship and resolve basic queries.
