- Understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points within the B2B context.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Convey design concepts effectively through verbal and visual communication.
- Navigate intricate business processes, data flows, and user interactions with strong problem-solving skills.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Implement prototyping and usability testing before final implementation.
- Work proficiently with industry-leading software and technologies, such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience:
- 5 – 7 years in Graphic Design.
- Industry Background:
- Worked in an IT or B2B company with basic knowledge of UI/UX.
- Skills you’ll be needing:
- Zeal to keep learning, experimenting, and trying something new.
- Creative thinker with excellent time management and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
- Strong abilities to comply with requirements of time, costs, and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of delivering error-free content and designs.
- Personal Attributes:
- Young, enthusiastic, and passionate about reading and design.
