Summarized Purpose:
Manages the DTP aspects of a project in the localization process.
Responsible for the project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.
Essential Function:
- Manages DTP tasks for assigned projects.
- Responsible for the project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.
- Performs DTP quality checks as required.
- Writes DTP instructions for projects.
- Supports Project Manager with technical aspects of a project
Education and Experience:High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. Technical positions may require a certificate
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and graphic tools
- Knowledge of PDF OCR tools
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Quality Process driven
- Proven Project Management abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
