Key Responsibilities of a Senior Manager

Conduct market surveys with the sales team to identify and finalize outlets.

Define beats as per promotional plans and ensure deployment of promotional materials.

Oversee installation and maintenance of branding elements at vendor outlets.

Process acknowledgements and clear vendor bills as per PO.

Innovate and develop signage elements such as racks, gondolas, and shop signage.

Manage and supervise documentation including challans, stock registers, bills, GRAs, POs, PR, and sales team attendance.

Collect and update monthly performance scores of TSEs and TLs on internal portals.
