Role Overview
As a Digital Strategist / Marketing Value Realization Strategist, you will focus on quantifying, communicating, and maximizing the value created by marketing initiatives. You will ensure that digital marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes and guide strategic alignment between marketing and broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive marketing strategies that align with business objectives

Analyze performance metrics (ROI, attribution models, KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness

Map customer journeys, identify opportunities for engagement, and optimize touchpoints

Translate analytics and data into compelling stories and recommendations for leadership

Work cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, and customer success teams

Leverage digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content, social) and MarTech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)

Lead budget allocation, optimization, and performance forecasting

Drive transformation initiatives, adoption of new marketing tools or automation, and best practices

Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer behaviors
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a digital strategist or similar role

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement

Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and MarTech stack integration
-
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable leading change and operating in a fast-evolving environment

Ability to interpret data, make decisions, and adapt quickly
Nice-to-Have

Experience working in enterprise / SaaS / product / platform companies

Knowledge of AI-based personalization and advanced marketing technologies

Experience with budget planning in large-scale marketing operations
