Roles & Responsibilities

For Staff Nurse:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain hygiene.
• Assist in critical care procedures such as IV insertions, intubations, and transfusions.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and their families.

For Recovery Executive:

• Track and document patient recovery progress.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for post-treatment care.
• Provide recovery instructions and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on patient recovery guidelines.

For Supervisor (HR):

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance in assigned departments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and HR policies.
• Manage team coordination, reporting, and performance appraisals.
• Handle documentation and assist in recruitment processes.
