Job Description

  • As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and production of effective creative graphics as part of the learning solutions creation. Your role will entail planning, conceptualising and creation of illustrations based on the storyboards crafted by the Instructional designers. You will be required to apply knowledge of graphic design theory to design course content and relevant learning media output. As part of your role you will be required to develop e-learning material and handle and execute projects for onshore/offshore clients
  • The role is required for developing e-learning material for onshore/offshore clients.
  • As a Graphic Designer, his/her core role will encompass the following key tasks:
  • Work with the content development team to produce instructor-led and web based (e-learning) training courses.
  • Understand requirements and create UI/graphic assets to meet the requirements.
  • Support with the development of training collateral from a Graphic Design point of view.
  • Study design briefs, marked layouts, etc. and determine requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing a range of creative presentations, collages, images, graphical user interfaces, flash movies, icons that become components to customer products.
  • Create demonstrations and simulations of software applications/tools.
  • Build great motion graphic design using 2D/3D character, library, assets, and visual elements.
  • Use pro tools like Adobe After Effects & Adobe Photoshop to create design and video assets.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for brochures, banners, training manuals, illustrations and posters. Build great motion graphic design using 2D/3D character, library, assets, and visual elements.

Primary Skill

  • Managing risk and change throughout the project cycle with a view on profitability of the project.
  • Responsible to track project status and develop dashboards, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach graphic designer resources.
  • Handle client communication and reporting.

Secondary Skills

  • Manage projects from end to end and cordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team.
  • Provide good productivity by achieving scheduled deadlines for the task.
