- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to maintain employee records and confidentiality.
- Conducting employee orientation and training programs.
- Handling employee relations and resolving issues professionally and timely.
- Managing HR administrative tasks such as payroll and benefits.
- Collaborating with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP) is a plus.
