Responsibilities & Duties – Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Support the Talent Acquisition team with job postings, screening, coordination, and administrative tasks.

Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates professionally.

Update candidate status in the ATS after interview, selection, or offer stages.

Manage pre-onboarding documentation and engage with selected candidates.

Follow candidate timelines such as 30-60-90 day notice periods.
Qualifications Required

0–6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or internship roles preferred.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).
