Assistant Manager

Execute orders through warehouse and plant on time.
Manage sales of domestic products in Guwahati & Lower Assam via retail & govt. network.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
Expand dealer network and strengthen customer relationships.
Collect payments and statutory forms as per targets.
Monitor dealer performance regularly.
Organize plumber/retailer meets to boost sales.

Employee Field Sales

Handle business of Agri & domestic pumps in assigned region.
Appoint new dealers/distributors and monitor ASRs.
Conduct sales campaigns to improve brand visibility.
Achieve/exceed monthly order intake targets.
Forecast orders and support payment collection.
Work closely with the TSS team for business growth.
Develop strong dealer/retailer networks and relationships.
