We are looking for a marketing executive who will primarily support i) traffic & digital marketing campaigns, ii) strategy and daily/monthly planning of traffic channels – internal and external channels, paid and free channels iii) channel-level, campaign-level data tracking and reporting. This will give the candidate an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse set of areas including onsite marketing, customer cohorts, customer messaging and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and be comfortable working across complex processes. To be successful in this role, a candidate should have good analytical thinking, good communication and prioritization skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment will require autonomously taking control and responsibility for achieving the objectives of the role.

• Support the marketing team by owning execution of traffic initiatives and campaigns across internal and external channels (Paid Search, Associates, Outbound Channels, WhatsApp)
• Track and monitor performance across channel. Analyze traffic and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Understand and use customer-facing metrics to guide decision making and optimize campaign & channel inputs
• Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on projects and take relevant action on insights gained
• Own the execution of traffic marketing campaigns and new initiatives during high velocity events.
• As part of central Amazon Fashion + Beauty marketing team, candidate will work closely with stakeholders in all the categories under Amazon Fashion + Beauty
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure high bar on inputs across channels

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• – Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• – Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
