About the Project:

AMRUT 2.0 is a step towards Aatma Nirbhar Bharat with aim of making the cities ‘water secure’ and providing functional water tap connections to all households. This will be achieved through circular economy of water by effecting water source conservation, rejuvenation of water bodies and wells, recycle/ reuse of treated used water, and rainwater harvesting by involving community at large.

Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board (KUWS&DB) is the implementing agency for AMRUT 2.0 project works in Karnataka. KUWS&DB has appointed IPE Global Limited as the Project Development and Management Consultant (PDMC) for AMRUT 2.0 mission.

Scope of services of the PDMC broadly covers planning, design, supervision and management of projects. PDMC is assisting in preparation of various plans and carrying out investigations, engineering designs, DPRs, procurement, and project implementation using latest IT tools and techniques. PDMC is helping in monitoring physical & financial progress of projects.

Job Description:

• Track project and project implementation activities, target dates, outcomes and outputs against each indicator to monitor and evaluate the performance of the project and the subprojects under each tranche.

• To support/overview system improvements in PMU/ULB for real-time monitoring.

• To update and maintain central database for physical and financial progress of work.

• Develop MIS Process improvement for increase efficiency

• Assist in preparation of QPR, annual reports and other mandatory deliverables.

• Coordinate between PMU, PIU and consultant team

• Coordination within field and office activities

• Prepare and submit monthly staff and work schedule to PMU and respective PIUs and ensure implementation.

• Work assigned by the competent Authority

Qualification Required:

• Graduate in Civil/IT/ Computer Science/ MCA or equivalent

• 5 years‘ experience in MIS related field
