• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and resolve errors or omissions.

• Review and audit Concur reports and maintain compliance within set SLAs.

• Document processes, handle compliance tasks, and communicate audit findings.

• Track and manage reports, respond to audit inquiries, and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Maintain a culture of accuracy, integrity, and process efficiency in all activities.
