Responsibilities for Executive – Sales
As an Executive NE Sales at Otis, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Meet customers, architects and consultants to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Develop and increase the customer base in the assigned region.

Responsibilities for Field Supervisor – Service
The Field Supervisor Service role focuses on managing elevator installation and service activities at sites.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Team during pre-bid meetings and follow through to site readiness, lift installation, quality inspections, customer interaction and lift handover (internal and external).

Manage a portfolio of lifts across commercial and residential sites, ensuring timely completion and handover with positive margins and compliance to Otis Safety & Quality Standards.

Lead and manage teams of Commissioning Engineers and Field Partner teams for lift installations.

Maintain strong relationship management with customers at the site.

Coordinate regularly with internal stakeholders like Factory, Finance, Field Engineering, etc. for smooth project execution.

Build cordial relationships with builders, architects, owners, and government inspectors to facilitate smooth operations.
