Sales/Purchasing Representative opening at AERO PARTS INTERNATIONAL LLC in Delhi

Excellent communication skills required for all Telephonic Operations.

Inbound / Outbound Phone Calls for attaining pricing, Data-entry and management, RFQ/ Purchase Orders follow up, Tracking Inbound /Outbound shipments.

Maintain relationship and work with the respective customer / vendor base to ensure all requirements are being met within a timely manner.

Maintain files for quotations, purchase orders, contracts and documents for assigned customers.

Warehouse Inventory Control.

Adhere to policies and procedures around system usage (specific to inventory management and logistics management) to ensure its effectiveness and accuracy.

Basic PC Software Skills with Microsoft operating systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet usage.

Demonstrate independent work initiative, sound judgment, multi-tasking, analytical ability and professional demeanor.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Must be detail-oriented & Bachelor’s degree is required.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Rs. 30,000/- Per Month

Schedule:

• Evening shift – 7:30 PM IST till 3:30 AM IST
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Relevant – 1 Year or more in Aviation Industry (Preferred)
• Sales

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably Aviation Management

Language:

• English with strong communication skills (Preferred)
