Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely, high-quality data delivery during assigned shifts.
• Develop and maintain productivity and quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Manage and update sports-related datasets within deadlines.
• Monitor team performance and provide analytical support using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicate effectively through email and coordinate workflow handovers.
• Build strong relationships with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example — make quick decisions, maintain discipline, and motivate the team in a high-pressure, fast-paced setup.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (operations, data, or team management preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of sports, especially Rugby, is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task effectively in a remote work environment.
