Swiggy, one of India’s leading food delivery and on-demand service platforms, is hiring for the position of Senior Executive – Marketing at its Bangalore headquarters. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of digital marketing and data-driven campaign management. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Analyze daily campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, creative, design, and product to align marketing efforts with overall brand goals.
- Manage and update performance dashboards, tracking critical KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Oversee campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and UTM tracking to ensure quality execution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management (extensive internships may also be considered).
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Excel).
- Certifications in Meta/Google Ads are a plus.
- Prior experience in a digital agency, E-commerce, or D2C brand is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
