The walk-in drives are being held across Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, and Gurgaon.
This opportunity is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience. Applicants with 12th pass or any graduate degree can apply. Roles involve content moderation, quality assurance, customer support, and operational processing, offering excellent exposure to global business environments and a chance to build a strong foundation in the IT and service industries.
Key Responsibilities
For Digital Safety Analyst
- Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content according to policy guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in decision-making while handling sensitive content.
- Identify emerging trends and policy gaps to enhance moderation efficiency.
- Participate in regular calibration and training sessions to maintain high-quality standards.
For Customer Support Associate
- Interact with customers through calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues efficiently.
- Process orders, handle complaints, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Achieve set performance and quality goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–6 years (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts (if required).
