Roles & Responsibilities – Service Desk Administrator

  • Assist users with issues related to applications, systems, or networks

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins

  • Document support requests and update resolution status

  • Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate technical team

  • Maintain incident records in the helpdesk system

  • Take ownership of user queries and provide timely updates


Roles & Responsibilities – Associate (Back-Office)

  • Handle incoming support requests from clients via email and phone

  • Record user information including department, issue type, and contact details

  • Learn product details to deliver better client support

  • Track, document, and update status of all client queries

  • Follow defined SLAs and processes to resolve issues

  • Maintain logs and records of customer interactions according to guidelines
