Foundever is conducting a walk-in interview for the International Chat Support role at its Chennai office. This position is open to candidates who have completed their 12th grade and have 0–5 years of experience. If you have strong written English skills, can multitask, and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to begin or grow your career in customer service.

In this role, you’ll assist international clients via chat, resolve their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll need to communicate clearly, manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through chat and provide accurate, timely assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow company policies and service procedures to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance overall customer experience.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
  • 0–5 years of experience in customer service or chat support (freshers can apply).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
