Qualcomm, a global leader in wireless technology, is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join its team in Bengaluru. This position is open to candidates who have completed 12th grade or hold any graduate degree, with 3–4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple business operations efficiently.
As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for improving internal processes, managing training programs, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations for training and business sessions.
- Manage logistics for internal and external training events, including scheduling, invites, and surveys.
- Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites by auditing content and improving user experience.
- Track, analyze, and report operational metrics to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training and sales enablement content.
- Support webinars and internal communications by coordinating schedules, materials, and documentation.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating newsletters and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Initiative-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience managing or maintaining SharePoint sites is a plus.
