As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for improving internal processes, managing training programs, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations for training and business sessions.
• Manage logistics for internal and external training events, including scheduling, invites, and surveys.
• Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites by auditing content and improving user experience.
• Track, analyze, and report operational metrics to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training and sales enablement content.
• Support webinars and internal communications by coordinating schedules, materials, and documentation.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating newsletters and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Initiative-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience managing or maintaining SharePoint sites is a plus.
