Position Overview
As an Associate Account Manager – Advertising Cloud (Search focus), you will manage the end-to-end life cycle of search advertising campaigns (Search, Display, Video) using Adobe’s Ad Cloud platform. You’ll support internal client teams, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and act as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success.
Key Responsibilities

Strategize, launch, optimize, QA, and maintain Search campaigns (Google, Bing, etc.)

Monitor performance metrics, derive insights, and recommend data-driven adjustments

Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams on Search efforts

Manage campaign timelines, asset delivery, trafficking, billing, and post-mortem analyses

Drive performance reporting, narratives, and strategic business reviews

Collaborate cross-functionally (Analytics, Audience Manager, Ad Cloud) for campaign integration

Evangelize Adobe’s Search solutions and data-driven capabilities to clients

Partner with regional Client Partners to streamline workflows and prioritize tasks

Address client concerns proactively and ensure high satisfaction levels

Lead medium to large-scale campaign initiatives, owning execution end-to-end

Improve internal processes, documentation, and rollout new tools / strategies
What You’ll Need — Skills & Experience
Digital / Technical Skills
-
Strong understanding of Search advertising ecosystem (Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)

Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns
-
Knowledge of retargeting, third-party tags, campaign structure, and bid/budget strategy
-
Experience in QA / pre-launch optimization to avoid errors or under-delivery

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, charts)

Strong presentation skills; ability to build infographics and present performance reviews
Business / Soft Skills

5–8 years of relevant work experience in digital advertising / account management

Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and contribute as a team player

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Basic project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities

Experience in delivering business insights and strategic recommendations
Salary Range
-
Associate Account Manager (India average): ₹5,00,000 to ₹9,00,000 per annum
-
Advertising Account Manager (Bangalore): ₹8,36,000 to ₹17,56,000 per annum
