Ather Energy is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join its finance team in Bengaluru. This position is ideal for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Candidates with an MBA, B.Com, or CA qualification are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and generate insights to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—finance, accounting, and operations—to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
• Support audit processes and maintain accuracy in financial documentation.
• Contribute to the company’s long-term financial planning and reporting framework.
