CoinDCX Hiring – Business Analyst (Bengaluru)

CoinDCX, one of India’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, is looking for a Business Analyst to join its growing team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, trading, or financial services, particularly within crypto, fintech, or brokerage environments. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

As a Business Analyst at CoinDCX, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying business opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives that support the company’s goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial data to provide insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Identify trends and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and business proposals for management and stakeholders.
• Support initiatives related to trading analytics, automation, and client engagement.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of trading platforms, algorithmic trading, or cryptocurrency markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and business reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, and client-focused environment.
