Job Overview

As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing technical and functional support for business applications, ensuring smooth daily operations, and assisting internal teams in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. This role involves working with issue-tracking systems, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining high user satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level application support to end users.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software or system issues.

• Manage incident tickets using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.

• Document recurring problems and maintain resolution logs.

• Analyze performance metrics to ensure timely resolution and service quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

• Manage escalation procedures and support process improvements.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in technical support, troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.

• Knowledge of query triage, priority management, and continuous improvement methods.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with documentation and escalation workflows.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E. or B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience
