Job Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. Your duties will include managing sales, maintaining inventory, ensuring high customer service standards, and achieving business targets. You’ll lead a team, oversee visual merchandising, and implement marketing and promotional activities to drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Manage sales targets and profitability for the store.

• Supervise team members, ensuring effective staff scheduling and training.

• Handle inventory management, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising (VM).

• Execute BTL marketing activities to boost local engagement.

• Maintain store hygiene, compliance, and operational standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.

• Analyze sales data and recommend strategies for performance improvement.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 3 – 8 years in retail management (preferably in large-format fashion retail).

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to relocate within Uttar Pradesh or nearby states if required.
