Supporting Actions Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent
  • Sourcing candidates from various channels – direct, online job portals, screening employee referrals.
  • Aligning interviews, candidate feedbacks, pre-joining employee connects
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover rates
  • Ensure to fill the positions in the defined TAT
  • Improve processes to reduce cycle time for recruitment

Talent Management

  • Work with managers to identify talent gaps, succession planning, and skills development initiatives Performance Management
  • Drive performance management closures
  • Provide guidance on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee engagement and productivity Page 1/4 Job Description Managing & partnering with external vendors
  • Scan the environment to ensure best practices offered by various vendors
  • Manage and continuously evaluate the outsourcing agencies for effective service
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are being adhered to Career Planning & Talent Development
  • Drive program to identify and prepare corporate talent to take up the next roles in their professional journey
  • Devise processes to identify superior talent and create opportunities for them
  • Constantly drive hiring of qualified corporate talent through structured sources of hiring at all levels.

HR Analytics –

Managing Cost Overheads & budget for recruitment and HR Engagement activities by continuously monitoring budget vs actuals month on month – Identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes

Rewards, Recognition & Engagement

  • Build a system for measuring, tracking and recognizing exceptional business performance & individual performance.
  • Drive Employee engagement activities
  • Drive the culture of recognition
  • Identify and adapt engagement activities with the help of brands Driving Culture initiatives Organizational Relationships Reports to
