Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a pivotal role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting both India’s defense and commercial sectors, as well as global aviation supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and central EHS regulations, including the Factories Act, MPCB, CPCB, and PESO.

Drive Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance by collaborating with various stakeholders.

Assist in the implementation of waste management, water management, and air emission monitoring programs as per regulatory requirements.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

Support sustainability initiatives in alignment with corporate and government guidelines.

Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support the implementation of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Aspect-Impact assessments.

Monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, contractor safety, and safe work practices on the shop floor.

Conduct EHS training for new employees, contractors, and existing staff.

Foster a positive safety culture among employees and contractors.
Qualifications:

Required: BE/BTech/MTech in Environmental Engineering.

Required: Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety.

Preferred: Experience with ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001 standards.

Preferred: Strong knowledge of EPR and environmental regulations.

Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Salary Estimate:
The annual salary ranges from ₹6,00,000 to ₹9,00,000 .
