Role Overview:

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of advanced lending solutions based on our credit origination software product, cLO. Working within an agile scrum team, you will collaborate with both internal and customer stakeholders throughout critical phases of the project lifecycle, including pre-study, requirements definition, implementation, testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deliver advanced lending solutions using .NET technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements.

• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies as a scrum master.

• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients.

• Ensure high-quality code through adherence to best practices and code reviews.

• Interface with customer IT and business representatives to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in .NET C# development.

• Proficiency in WCF, RESTful services, ASP.NET Core, and Vue.js.

• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with SQL Server and SSRS.

• Familiarity with Azure stack and public cloud environments.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, with experience as a scrum master.

• Ability to plan and conduct technical workshops effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Educational Qualifications:

• A relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in delivering product-based software solutions or services.

• Background in solution training delivery.

• Familiarity with agile development and delivery processes.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from ₹12,00,000 to ₹18,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
