 We build AI/ML solutions at scale for healthcare, working across domains like structured & unstructured data, GenAI, NLP, and LLMs. Our team collaborates with domain experts, researchers, and product engineers to drive impact across business units.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions in areas such as NLP, generative models, and language models (LLMs). You’ll contribute to both research and production workflows — from model experimentation to data pipelines and deployment in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models (traditional and deep learning) for NLP, LLM, GenAI applications

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and optimization

• Research and test new algorithms, techniques, and architectures to address business challenges

• Create scalable data and model pipelines for training & inference

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into products and applications

• Monitor model performance, drift, and retraining as needed

• Stay current with AI/ML trends, tools, and methodologies

• Follow contractual, policy, and compliance obligations; adapt to changes in team, location, or work practices

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML / NLP / Generative AI / LLM, with demonstrated impact

• Strong programming skills in Python, and experience in R, SQL or related languages

• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience with GPU infrastructure and model deployment in production

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging skills

Salary Range 

Based on recent published data for senior AI/ML roles in India:

• Average for Senior AI / ML Engineer (Hyderabad): ~ ₹11,75,000 per year

• Senior AI Engineer India average: ~ ₹33,40,000 per year (range ~ ₹20,60,000 to ₹65,50,000)

• Senior Machine Learning Engineer typical: ~ ₹53,30,000 (wide range)
