Ensure product availability across digital platforms
Collaborate with Key Accounts and Supply Planning teams
Manage and maintain customer master data
Supervise order processing from DCs to fulfilment centres
Perform root-cause analysis for stock-outs and allocation issues
Manage MRP corrections, listings, delisting, and lifecycle operations
