What You’ll Do :

• Diagnose and address core challenges in case teams through coaching, reflective dialogue, and data-driven insights to foster self-awareness and accountability.

• Partner with case team leaders to co-create strategies that improve collaboration, performance, and the overall case journey.

• Provide one-on-one coaching to grow leadership skills, with timely interventions and leadership alignment.

• Advise on communication, collaboration, and team-effectiveness tools and practices.

• Cultivate psychological safety, openness, and trust across team members.

Strategy & Planning :

• Lead strategic initiatives (in collaboration with the IND Teaming @BCG team) aimed at enhancing case team effectiveness.

• Help roll out regional priorities and integrate teaming content into broader training, leadership development, and internal capability programmes.

Requirements / Preferred Skills :

• Proven experience in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields, with track record in coaching & team diagnostics.

• Strong skills in leadership development, team dynamics, behavioral change.

• Ability to work cross-functionally (with case team leaders, training, learning & development, operations).

• Excellent communication, facilitation, empathy, and stakeholder management.

• Comfortable in strategy, planning, implementation, and measuring impact.
