Job Role: Associate – Operations
Location: Bengaluru
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily office and facility operations across multiple sites, including utilities, supplies, maintenance, and workplace safety.

Monitor and track operational budgets, vendor contracts, and payment cycles while ensuring cost efficiency.

Maintain discipline in operational processes through audits, checklists, and documentation control.

Develop and implement internal systems for managing records, invoices, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Identify improvement areas within business operations and support the implementation of new tools or processes.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or process management.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with vendor or budget management will be an added advantage.
