Job Role: Associate – Operations

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily office and facility operations across multiple sites, including utilities, supplies, maintenance, and workplace safety.

  • Monitor and track operational budgets, vendor contracts, and payment cycles while ensuring cost efficiency.

  • Maintain discipline in operational processes through audits, checklists, and documentation control.

  • Develop and implement internal systems for managing records, invoices, contracts, and compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Identify improvement areas within business operations and support the implementation of new tools or processes.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or process management.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with vendor or budget management will be an added advantage.
