Job Role: Retention Analyst
Location: Bengaluru
Experience Required: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze business health metrics to identify trends and potential customer churn.

Collaborate with analytics teams to derive actionable insights that improve user retention.

Research industry trends to design strategies for reducing customer churn.

Identify customer pain points and develop targeted retention initiatives across channels.

Prepare and present reports on retention performance and action outcomes to stakeholders.

Continuously evaluate the success of retention programs using customer data and feedback.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Basic understanding of SQL or other data querying tools (preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in a data-driven role or in customer insights/retention analysis is a plus.

Knowledge of financial or stock market trends will be an added advantage.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
