Role Overview:

As a Project Management Trainee, you will assist in planning, executing, and closing engineering projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing real-world projects across various domains within the industrial equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize kick-off meetings for all assigned new orders with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order transfer.

• Prepare and control schedules/project plans for all orders.

• Conduct regular planning and review meetings to ensure project timelines are met.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication with customers regarding approvals, project schedules, and delivery plans.

• Organize inspections as required under the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

• Coordinate with the site team to ensure adherence to schedules and project timelines.

• Provide project milestone updates to customers.

• Coordinate with the design team for detailed engineering.

• Assist in cost management and budget control with the help of senior managers.

• Utilize SAP for project tracking and management.

• Coordinate with the site team for project closure activities.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.

• Demonstrate awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like SAP and MS Project is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.

• Target-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
